Important: Raider Information (Post 13/13M till Legion) 7/27
PLEASE MESSAGE ME ONCE YOU HAVE THE READ THIS WHOLE POST.
If you plan on taking a break
To make sure we keep a healthy roster until patch 7.0, we have decided to set some ground rules for people taking breaks from now till Legion.
- If you do plan on taking a break, you must notify an officer. Just vanishing without notice will lead to a demotion to trial status and you will have to do a standard two week trial come Legion.
- If your break lasts more than three weeks it will lead to a demotion to trial status and you will have to do a standard two week trial come Legion unless the reason is temporary work/school conflict that will be resolved come mid summer. This will be talked about on a case by case basis.
- If your break lasts less than three weeks, you have nothing to worry about as long as you notify us about your time off.
- No matter how long your break is, if you are not back the first week of patch 7.0, you will not be considered for a raid spot until discussed in further detail between officers.
Long story short, we want to avoid having to pick up a large number of new people only to have old people come out of the woodwork come patch 7.0. What this means for you is that we need you to stay somewhat active. If you do not want to be in every pull and every farm kill, I understand. At the same time, I also need to have you guys to be around so we have the numbers to stay healthy and grow. We can rotate people this way to keep the guild going. Shitty attendance will be noted and punished on a case by case basis.
If you plan on switching classes or specs
A new expansion brings around many changes. To avoid a mass class and spec swap, we are giving you guys AUGUST 10th to provide us with what class and spec you want to play. We will talk with each person and see how this will effect the guild and if it will be a possible. Below I will keep an updated list of how our roster is looking come Legion.
